Dr Wajiha Shahzad
Massey University, Auckland, New Zealand
Dr Wajiha is currently a senior lecturer in construction management and doctoral supervisor at Massey University’s School of Built Environment. and a leading figure in modern construction methods. With a rich academic and industry experience spanning over two decades, she has made significant strides in shaping the future of New Zealand’s construction industry. Her research, marked by its profound impact, has driven construction practice advancements, significantly influenced industry standards, and paved the way for innovative methodologies. Her unwavering dedication to driving positive change in the field is evident in her commitment to advancing construction practices.
Dr Eziaku O. Rasheed
Massey University, Auckland, New Zealand
Currently a Senior Lecturer and Doctoral Supervisor at Massey University, Dr Eziaku is a trailblazer in Sustainable Built Environment. Her research, centred around sustainability and building performance, delves into the intricate relationship between user interaction, comfort, productivity, and building performance in residential and commercial settings. Her work has not only significantly shaped the discourse in modern construction methodologies but also made a substantial impact on New Zealand’s construction industry. Professor James Rotimi

Prof James is a distinguished academic leader at the School of Built Environment, Massey University. He brings knowledge to his role with qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Commerce, and Education. His academic career spans almost 20 years in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. His research interests include construction project management, supply chain management, facilities management, and post-disaster reconstruction. His work, marked by extensive publications and collaborations between academia and industry, has significantly influenced construction practices.
Dr Priya Vishnu
Massey University, Auckland, New Zealand
Dr. Priya Vishnu is a Lecturer in Building Services and a Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Built Environment, Massey University, Auckland, New Zealand. With a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Canterbury, and a diverse academic background in Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering, Dr. Vishnu specializes in sustainable building services. Her research focuses on energy consumption, earthquake dampers, and sustainability in construction, significantly contributing to advancements in building performance and resilience. Dr. Vishnu’s work exemplifies her commitment to driving innovation and sustainability in the built environment.
